About the Sales Manager Personal Loan Role
Sales Manager – Personal Loans is responsible for driving personal loan business through a team of sales executives, relationship officers and channel partners.
You plan and execute sales strategy, manage DSAs / connectors and ensure profitability and portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities

Business Planning & Targets
Prepare monthly disbursement plans, allocate targets to team and ensure achievement of volume and revenue goals.

Team Management
Recruit, train, motivate and monitor sales executives and relationship officers, conduct joint calls and performance reviews.

Channel Management
Develop and manage DSAs, connectors and other channel partners, drive business through them and ensure quality sourcing.

Process & Portfolio Quality
Ensure proper documentation, policy adherence and support credit / collections team to maintain good portfolio health.

Reporting & Market Intelligence
Review daily login / disbursement reports, track competition offers and share feedback with senior management.
Candidate Requirements

Education
Graduate / Postgraduate; MBA / PG in marketing or finance preferred.

Experience
3–7 years in loan sales with at least 1–2 years in team‑handling role in personal loans / consumer finance.

Skills
Strong leadership, target orientation, negotiation and relationship‑building with customers and partners.

Other Requirements
Two‑wheeler, good Firozabad market knowledge and willingness to travel extensively within the area.
