Hiring Project Manager to a Telecom Company in firozabad to plan, execute and deliver large-scale telecom network rollout, FTTH expansion, tower deployment and passive infrastructure projects.

Candidates with PMP certification, experience in managingTelecom Company infrastructure projects from inception to delivery, strong vendor management skills and familiarity with Firozabad civic permitting processes are preferred.

• Project Planning & Scheduling

  Develop detailed project plans, WBS, timelines and resource allocation for telecom network and FTTH rollout projects in Firozabad.

• Cross-Functional Coordination

  Coordinate with planning, engineering, procurement, field, legal and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution and on-time delivery.

• Vendor & Contractor Management

  Manage multiple vendors and civil contractors executing site preparation, cabling, installation and commissioning works across Firozabad.

• Risk Management

  Identify project risks including permit delays, material shortages and resource constraints; develop and execute mitigation plans proactively.

• Project Reporting

  Prepare weekly project status reports, milestone dashboards and management presentations; lead project review meetings with stakeholders.

• Education

  B.E./B.Tech in ECE, Telecom or Civil Engineering from a recognised university; PMP certification is highly preferred.

• Experience

  5-12 years in telecom project management including network rollout, FTTH deployment or tower infrastructure project delivery.

• Project Management Skills

  Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera for scheduling; experience in Agile or PRINCE2 project management methodologies.

• Regulatory Knowledge

  Familiarity with CMDA, NHAI and civic body RoW permission processes forTelecom Company infrastructure projects in Firozabad.
