Procurement Executive Telecom Jobs in Firozabad

Hiring Procurement Executive to a Telcom Company in firozabad to source and procure network equipment, CPE devices, OFC materials, civil infrastructure materials and field consumables from vendors.

Candidates with procurement or purchasing experience, vendor negotiation skills, knowledge of telecom equipment supply chains and familiarity with SAP MM or similar ERP procurement modules are preferred.

• Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation

  Identify and evaluate vendors for telecom equipment, OFC materials and CPE devices; prepare comparative analysis and vendor evaluation reports.

• Purchase Order Management

  Raise and process purchase orders in the ERP system; coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, delivery schedules and documentation.

• Negotiation & Cost Optimisation

  Negotiate pricing, payment terms and SLAs with vendors; identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement without compromising quality.

• Delivery & Quality Follow-Up

  Track vendor deliveries against PO timelines; coordinate goods receipt inspection and resolve quality rejections with suppliers.

• Procurement Reporting

  Prepare monthly procurement reports including PO status, pending deliveries, cost variance and vendor performance metrics for management.

• Education

  B.E./B.Tech in ECE or Civil Engineering, or B.Com/MBA in Supply Chain from a recognised university in Uttar Pradesh.

• Experience

  2-6 years in procurement or purchasing at a telecom, electronics or infrastructure company; telecom equipment sourcing experience preferred.

• Technical Knowledge

  Familiarity with telecom CPE, OFC materials and network equipment specifications; ability to interpret BOQs and technical datasheets.

• ERP Skills

  Proficiency in SAP MM module or equivalent ERP procurement tools; advanced Excel for procurement tracking and vendor analysis.
