About the Personal Loan Sales Executive Role
Personal Loan Sales Executive is a field and tele‑sales role where you find customers needing personal loans, explain product features and bring them up to disbursement.
You work with leads from the company and your own references, collect documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Call and meet potential customers from branch walk‑ins, field visits, references and digital leads for personal loans.

Product Explanation
Explain loan amount eligibility, interest rate, tenure, EMI and charges in a simple way and help customer choose the right option.

Documentation & File Login
Collect KYC, income and bank statements, check completeness and submit cases in system for credit approval.

Follow‑up till Disbursement
Update customers on login status, clear pending requirements and coordinate with credit / operations till loan is disbursed.

Targets & Reporting
Achieve monthly disbursement and login targets and share daily call, visit and sales reports with manager.
Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass / Graduate with basic smartphone and app usage skills.

Experience
0–4 years in sales; experience in loans, banking, credit cards or tele‑sales is an added advantage.

Skills
Good communication, convincing power, target focus and ability to work in the field.

Other Requirements
Two‑wheeler preferred, knowledge of local area and willingness to meet customers daily.
