• Work Order Management

  Receive, assign and track work orders for installation, fault and maintenance jobs across Firozabad field teams using operations software.

• Field Coordination

  Coordinate with field technicians and engineers to ensure timely job completion; follow up on pending and overdue work orders.

• Customer Communication

  Communicate with customers on job scheduling, updates and estimated resolution times; manage customer expectations professionally.

• Reporting & MIS

  Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operations reports including job completion rates, SLA compliance and pending cases for management.

• Inventory Coordination

  Track field material consumption, raise indent requests for spares and consumables and coordinate with the warehouse for timely dispatch.

• Education

  B.E./B.Tech in ECE or IT, or BCA/BSc IT from a recognised university or college in Firozabad or Uttar Pradesh.

• Experience

  1-4 years in telecom or broadband operations, field coordination or customer service operations roles.

• Technical Skills

  Familiarity with telecom operations workflows, CRM/ERP tools for work order management and basic MS Office skills.

• Communication

  Good verbal and written communication in and English; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
