Inventory Executive Jewellery Showroom Jobs in Firozabad

Inventory Executive in a jewellery showroom is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records for that single showroom across gold, diamond, silver and other categories.

You handle inward and outward stock, tagging, system updates and regular stock audits so that the showroom team can sell confidently with correct inventory on system and shelves.

• Stock Receiving & Inward Entry

  Receive jewellery from head office or vendors, check quantity and basic details with invoice and make inward entries in ERP or inventory software for the showroom.

• Tagging, Coding & Display Issue

  Create or verify item codes, barcodes and tags, fix tags properly and issue stock to counters or safe room as per instructions from showroom management.

• Daily Stock Tracking with Counters

  Collect stock from sales counters at end of day, verify against system, check missing or extra pieces and update system entries wherever required.

• Stock Transfer & Adjustments

  Prepare documents and system entries for stock sent to repair, polishing, exchange or return, and ensure approvals for any adjustments or write‑offs.

• Regular Stock Audit & Reporting

  Do periodic physical counts section‑wise, compare with system stock, highlight differences on time and share simple inventory reports with showroom in‑charge and accounts.

• Stock Hygiene & Security Discipline

  Maintain proper trays, boxes and safe‑room arrangements, follow security and metal‑movement procedures and support management in controlling shrinkage for the showroom.

• Education

  12th Pass or Graduate in any stream; basic computer knowledge and comfort with Excel or inventory software is required.

• Experience

  2–6 years of experience in inventory, stock control or data entry in jewellery showroom, retail store, warehouse or similar environment.

• Skills

  High accuracy with numbers, organised working style, good follow‑up, basic ERP or POS handling and comfort in coordinating with sales and accounts team.

• Other Requirements

  Local language fluency, readiness to work full‑time for one showroom in Firozabad, follow showroom timings and follow all security and audit guidelines strictly.
