About the Inside Sales Executive Personal Loan Role
Inside Sales Executive – Personal Loans sells loans from office through phone, email, WhatsApp and digital channels instead of field visits.
You handle enquiries, pitch personal loans, coordinate documentation and pass cases to credit and operations for processing.
Key Responsibilities

Handling Inbound Leads
Receive calls and digital enquiries, understand customer requirements and explain suitable personal loan options.

Outbound Follow-up
Call leads and existing database, share proposals and follow up regularly to convert into applications.

Digital Coordination
Share links and documents, collect soft copies, and coordinate with field staff for pick-up or e-sign when needed.

Pipeline Management
Track enquiry to disbursement in CRM, maintain follow-up tasks and keep records updated.

Targets and Compliance
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets while following call quality, company process and basic regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass or Graduate with basic computer knowledge.

Experience
0–4 years in inside sales, telesales, call centre, or loan sales; experience in NBFC or bank is an added advantage.

Skills
Good communication, convincing ability, basic understanding of EMIs and interest, and comfort with high call volume.

Other Requirements
Local language fluency, 6-day working comfort and interest in incentive-driven sales roles.
