About the HR Executive Role
Telecom company and broadband ISPs in Firozabad are hiring HR Executives to manage end-to-end recruitment for field and technical roles, handle employee onboarding, maintain HR records and support payroll and compliance activities.
Candidates with an MBA in HR, prior experience in high-volume recruitment for field roles in telecom or FMCG company and familiarity with HRMS tools and labour law compliance are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing
Source and screen candidates for field engineer, technician, sales and support roles at the telecom company; schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Onboarding & Documentation
Manage end-to-end onboarding of new joiners including document collection, background verification and induction programme coordination.
- Payroll Support
Collect attendance data, manage leave records and coordinate with the payroll team for accurate monthly salary processing for all employees.
- Employee Relations
Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary processes and maintain positive employee relations across field and office teams.
- HR Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESI, gratuity and statutory registers; prepare monthly HR MIS reports for management.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
MBA in HR or PGDM in HR from a recognised business school; any degree with relevant HR experience also considered.
- Experience
1-5 years in HR generalist or recruitment roles, preferably with exposure to hiring for field operations or technical roles in telecom or FMCG.
- HRMS Skills
Proficiency in HRMS tools (Darwinbox, Keka, GreytHR or similar) and MS Excel for HR records, payroll inputs and reporting.
- Communication
Good and English communication; ability to manage relationships across all levels from field technicians to senior managers.
