About the Gold Loan Officer Role
Gold Loan Officer is a front‑desk role where you attend walk‑in customers, explain gold loan schemes and complete basic formalities for loan approval.
You will support branch growth by providing good service, quick processing and helping customers with renewals, part‑payments and closures.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling
Attend walk‑in customers, understand their requirement and explain loan features, interest rate, tenure and charges in simple language.

Application Processing
Collect KYC documents, fill application forms, create customer ID in system and route the case for appraisal and approval.

Disbursement & Receipts
Coordinate with cashier for disbursement, issue receipts for payments, renewals and keep records updated.

Follow‑ups
Call existing customers for renewals, top‑ups and due reminders and support branch collection efforts as guided by manager.

Branch Support
Assist in daily reports, MIS, display of rate boards and basic housekeeping of branch front office.
Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass / Any Graduate. Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with mobile/desktop apps.

Experience
0–3 years in NBFC / bank / microfinance / retail sales. Freshers with good communication can also apply.

Skills
Good customer handling, convincing skills, basic maths and record keeping.

Other Requirements
Local language fluency, two‑wheeler preferred, willingness to work as per branch timings and targets.
