About the Gold Loan Executive Role
Gold Loan Executive (Branch Executive) is a combined sales and operations role where you manage walk‑in customers, generate leads, assist in valuation and complete documentation for gold loans.
You support the branch manager in achieving disbursement and collection targets while maintaining good customer service and branch hygiene.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction
Handle walk‑in customers, explain gold loan schemes, eligibility, interest rates and charges clearly.

Sales & Business Growth
Call existing and new leads, conduct nearby field visits, participate in local marketing activities and help achieve monthly disbursement targets.

Loan Processing Support
Prepare application forms, collect KYC, assist appraiser, enter details in system and ensure files are complete for approval.

Renewals & Collections
Remind customers about due dates, promote renewals / top‑ups, collect interest / principal payments and coordinate with collection team for overdue cases.

Branch Operations
Help in cash tally support, daily reports, customer register, token management and basic front‑office housekeeping.
Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass / Graduate with basic computer skills and mobile app usage.

Experience
1–4 years in NBFC / bank branch operations, gold loan, microfinance or field sales preferred. Motivated freshers can also be considered.

Skills
Good communication, customer handling, target orientation and basic numerical ability.

Other Requirements
Local area knowledge, two‑wheeler for field visits and willingness to work under sales targets.
