Field Technician Telecom Jobs in Firozabad

ISPs and telecom company across Firozabad are hiring Field Technicians to install broadband connections, maintain telecom equipment at customer premises and resolve field faults quickly.

Freshers with ITI or Diploma in Electronics and basic knowledge of cable termination, router setup and field tools are welcome to apply. Two-wheeler licence and familiarity with Firozabad roads is essential.

• Broadband & CPE Installation

  Install broadband routers, ONT devices and LAN cabling at residential and SME customer sites across Firozabad as per work orders.

• Fault Diagnosis & Repair

  Diagnose and repair field faults including cable cuts, router failures and connectivity issues at customer premises within SLA.

• Cable Pulling & Termination

  Pull LAN/OFC cables, terminate RJ45 connectors, crimp, test continuity and dress cables neatly at customer sites.

• Equipment Testing

  Test broadband speed, signal levels and Wi-Fi coverage using standard tools after installation; confirm service to the customer.

• Stock Management

  Maintain a small stock of field consumables and report usage to the Field Coordinator; return unused materials as per procedure.

• Education

  ITI in Electronics/Electrical or Diploma in ECE from a recognised ITI or polytechnic institution in Uttar Pradesh.

• Experience

  0-3 years in field technician roles at ISPs, cable TV or telecom company; freshers with good ITI results welcome.

• Technical Skills

  Basic knowledge of cable termination, router configuration, broadband troubleshooting and use of field tools like multimeter and crimping tool.

• Mobility

  Two-wheeler driving licence mandatory; ability to travel across assigned zones in Firozabad daily.
