About the Field Sales Executive – Telecom Role
Telecom company in Firozabad are hiring Field Sales Executives to aggressively grow new broadband and telecom connections through door-to-door canvassing, corporate tie-ups and channel partner engagement.
Candidates with a proven track record in field sales, strong knowledge of Firozabad areas and a target-driven mindset are preferred. Attractive fixed salary plus uncapped incentives on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Door-to-Door Canvassing
Canvass residential apartments, gated communities and commercial buildings in assigned Firozabad areas to generate leads and close new subscriptions.
- Corporate & SME Sales
Identify and approach small businesses, offices and commercial establishments for enterprise broadband and leased line connections.
- Channel Partner Engagement
Engage and motivate local channel partners and sub-dealers to generate leads and submit new connection applications consistently.
- Pipeline Management
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline; update daily call and visit reports in the CRM and ensure all leads are followed up systematically.
- Target Achievement
Deliver monthly new connection targets and exceed them to earn high performance incentives; attend weekly sales review meetings.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree from a recognised college; commerce or management graduates preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience
1-5 years in field sales at a telecom, broadband, FMCG or financial services company; proven track record of target achievement.
- Territory Knowledge
Strong knowledge of Firozabad neighbourhoods, residential localities and commercial zones for efficient daily field planning.
- Mobility
Two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory; own vehicle preferred; good physical stamina for all-day field work.
