Field Installation Engineer Jobs in Firozabad

Telecom company and infrastructure contractors in Firozabad are hiring Field Installation Engineers to install and commission telecom equipment, fibre cables, antennas and customer-side broadband gear at various sites.

Candidates with experience in fieldTelecom Company installations, knowledge of safety standards and ability to read engineering drawings are preferred. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

• Telecom Equipment Installation

  Install BTS/RRU, microwave dishes, OFC cables, power systems and associated telecom equipment at tower sites and exchange buildings in Firozabad.

• Fibre Cable Laying & Splicing

  Lay underground and aerial OFC cables, perform fusion splicing, install joint closures and terminate fibres at patch panels.

• Customer Premise Equipment

  Install and configure broadband ONTs, routers, CCTV systems and structured cabling at residential and enterprise customer sites.

• Site Survey & ATP

  Conduct pre-installation site surveys, prepare material lists, carry out Acceptance Test Procedures and submit site completion reports.

• Safety & Compliance

  Follow all telecom site safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE and ensure installations comply with operator and regulatory standards.

• Education

  Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in ECE, EEE, Telecom or related from a polytechnic or university in Uttar Pradesh.

• Experience

  1-5 years in telecom field installation, including BTS, fibre or customer premises equipment installation work.

• Technical Skills

  Knowledge of OFC splicing, RF antenna installation, DC power systems, grounding and basic IP configuration for telecom equipment.

• Driving & Mobility

  Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler licence; willingness to travel to multiple sites daily across Firozabad and nearby areas.
