Field Executive Telecom Jobs in Firozabad

Telecom and broadband company in Firozabad are hiring Field Executives to carry out ground-level tasks including customer visits, new connection activations, document collection and field surveys.

Freshers who are energetic, mobile on a two-wheeler and familiar with Firozabad localities are preferred. Good communication in and willingness to work in field conditions are key requirements.

• Customer Premise Visits

  Visit assigned customer locations across Firozabad for new broadband activations, service verification and document collection.

• New Connection Activation

  Coordinate with the technical team to ensure broadband or DTH connections are activated at customer premises on schedule.

• Document Collection

  Collect KYC documents, customer agreement forms and installation sign-off sheets from new subscribers; submit to back office daily.

• Field Surveys

  Conduct feasibility surveys at prospective customer locations and submit survey reports to the planning team.

• Customer Feedback Collection

  Gather customer satisfaction feedback after installations and service visits; report issues and escalate complaints as required.

• Education

  Any degree or diploma from a recognised college or polytechnic in Uttar Pradesh; HSC with relevant field experience also considered.

• Experience

  0-3 years in field executive, delivery or sales roles at telecom, FMCG or service company in Firozabad.

• Language Skills

  Fluency in and basic English for communication with customers and internal teams across Firozabad.

• Mobility

  Two-wheeler driving licence mandatory; own vehicle preferred; knowledge of Firozabad zones and localities is an advantage.
