Field Coordinator Broadband Telecom Jobs in Firozabad

Broadband and telecom company in Firozabad are hiring Field Coordinators to supervise ground-level teams, coordinate daily installations and fault visits and ensure smooth broadband service delivery across assigned zones.

Candidates with prior experience in coordinating field teams in telecom, broadband or FMCG company and familiarity with Firozabad geography are preferred. Own two-wheeler is an added advantage.

• Field Team Supervision

  Supervise a team of field technicians and helpers in an assigned zone of Firozabad; allocate daily jobs and monitor progress.

• Installation Coordination

  Coordinate new broadband installation appointments, ensure field staff reach on time and confirm successful activations daily.

• Fault Resolution Oversight

  Track open fault tickets in the zone; push field teams for faster resolution and escalate cases that exceed SLA timelines.

• Material & Tools Management

  Manage field inventory of consumables, CPE devices and tools in the zone; raise replenishment requests when stock is low.

• Daily Field Reporting

  Compile and submit daily field activity reports including installations done, faults closed and pending items to the Operations Manager.

• Education

  Any degree or diploma from a recognised college; graduates preferred but Diploma holders with good field experience also considered.

• Experience

  1-5 years in field coordination, logistics supervision or operations management roles at telecom, broadband or service company.

• Knowledge of Firozabad

  Good knowledge of Firozabad zones, localities and shortest routes for planning efficient daily field operations.

• Communication & Leadership

  Ability to guide and motivate a field team; clear communication in and English for team and management interfaces.
