About the Enterprise Account Manager Role
Leading Telecom Company in Firozabad are hiring Enterprise Account Managers to manage and grow relationships with large corporate clients, IT parks and public sector organisations, driving telecom revenue through account expansion and renewals.
Candidates with 4+ years in enterprise account management at a telecom or IT company, strong corporate relationship management skills and experience in growing revenues from large named accounts in Firozabad are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Retention
Manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts in Firozabad; ensure high satisfaction, resolve service escalations and secure annual contract renewals.
- Revenue Growth & Upselling
Identify opportunities to upsell bandwidth upgrades, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity and managed services to existing enterprise clients.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT managers and procurement heads at enterprise accounts across Firozabad.
- Contract Negotiations
Lead commercial negotiations for contract renewals and new service additions; structure deals with appropriate pricing and SLA terms.
- Account Planning
Prepare annual account plans with revenue forecasts, growth strategies and customer engagement calendars for each assigned enterprise account.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree from a recognised university; MBA in Sales or Marketing from a reputed institution is preferred for enterprise account roles.
- Experience
4-10 years in enterprise account management or B2B telecom sales with a strong track record of revenue growth from large corporate accounts.
- Relationship Skills
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with C-level and mid-management decision makers at enterprise company.
- Commercial Acumen
Strong commercial negotiation, pricing and contract management skills; experience managing multi-crore enterprise telecom contracts.
