About the Customer Service Executive / Relationship Officer Role
Customer Service Executive (CSE) / Relationship Officer for gold loans is a front‑office role where you welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through the gold loan process.
You ensure smooth customer experience at the branch by handling queries, basic documentation and coordination with appraiser, cashier and branch manager.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling
Attend walk‑in customers, provide token/queue management, understand loan requirement and explain schemes, interest rates and documents required.

Service & Relationship
Maintain regular contact with customers, inform them about renewals/top‑ups, resolve basic complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Documentation Support
Help customers fill forms, collect KYC, verify completeness of documents and submit files to officer/appraiser for further processing.

Cross‑selling & Referrals
Promote gold loan schemes, insurance or other branch products as guided and take referrals from happy customers.

Branch Coordination
Work closely with Branch Manager, Gold Loan Officer, Appraiser and Cashier to ensure quick TAT and smooth service flow.
Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass / Graduate with basic computer and smartphone skills.

Experience
1–4 years in customer service / front office / NBFC / bank / retail. Gold loan or branch experience is an added advantage.

Skills
Good communication, polite behaviour, listening skills and ability to explain products in simple language.

Other Requirements
Local language fluency, neat appearance and willingness to work in branch timings with customer rush.
