About the Customer Care Representative Role
Telecom company in Firozabad are hiring Customer Care Representatives to handle customer queries related to broadband, mobile and DTH services, manage complaints and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Query Handling
Receive and resolve inbound calls from customers regarding telecom service issues, billing queries and plan-related questions.
- Complaint Registration
Log customer complaints accurately in the CRM system and assign to the appropriate resolution team with correct priority.
- Follow-Up & Closure
Follow up on open complaints until resolved; inform customers of status updates and close tickets with customer confirmation.
- Upselling & Plan Assistance
Suggest relevant plan upgrades or add-ons to customers calling for service queries where appropriate within company guidelines.
- Quality & Compliance
Maintain call handling quality standards including greeting, empathy, hold procedures and accurate information delivery on every call.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree from a recognised college; BA/BSc/BCom graduates are preferred for customer care roles.
- Experience
Freshers and candidates with 0-3 years in call centre, customer care or retail telecom customer service are eligible.
- Language
Fluency in and working knowledge of English; ability to communicate politely and clearly in both languages.
- Computer Skills
Basic typing and computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools or call centre software is an added advantage.
