About the Customer Care Executive Jewellery Showroom Role

Customer Care Executive in a jewellery showroom is the first point of contact for customers, handling front office, phone calls and basic service queries.

You welcome visitors, manage appointments, route customers to the right counter, handle follow‑ups and support after‑sales service to keep customers happy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Reception

    Greet customers as they enter the showroom, provide basic information, issue tokens or direct them to the appropriate gold, diamond or service counter.

  • Phone Calls & Enquiries

    Answer incoming calls, respond to queries about showroom timings, collections, schemes and repair status, and connect callers to the right department.

  • Appointment & Token Management

    Manage appointments for high‑value customers or design consultations, maintain waiting lists and ensure smooth customer flow during busy hours.

  • Customer Data & Follow‑ups

    Record customer details, capture enquiries for future follow‑up, coordinate reminder calls or messages for schemes, deliveries and repair collection.

  • Complaint Handling & Service Coordination

    Listen to customer complaints or concerns politely, log them properly, coordinate with sales or service team and keep the customer updated till resolution.

  • Admin & Front Office Upkeep

    Maintain a neat front desk and waiting area, manage basic paperwork and registers, and support promotional or festive events as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education

    12th Pass or Graduate; candidates with front office, hospitality or customer service courses will have an advantage.

  • Experience

    1–4 years of experience as customer care executive, receptionist, front office executive or tele‑caller, preferably in jewellery or retail.

  • Skills

    Excellent communication and telephone etiquette, pleasant personality, patience in handling customers, basic computer knowledge and good coordination skills.

  • Other Requirements

    Local language fluency with basic English or Hindi, ability to work showroom shifts, weekends and festival days, and staying within easy travel distance to Firozabad.
