About the Collections & Recovery Executive Role
Collections & Recovery Executive for gold loans is responsible for contacting overdue customers, reminding them of dues and arranging timely repayments.
You help maintain portfolio quality, reduce NPAs and support branch and regional teams in pre‑auction and post‑auction recovery activities.
Key Responsibilities

Overdue Follow‑up
Call and visit customers with due and overdue gold loan accounts, explain pending amount and due dates and motivate them to pay on time.

Repayment Arrangements
Negotiate suitable repayment / part payment plans within company policy and ensure commitments are honoured.

Field Collections
Conduct field visits in assigned area, deliver notices where required and guide customers to branch for payment or renewal.

Auction & Recovery Support
Coordinate with branch and regional team for pre‑auction communication, attend auction days as needed and support balance recovery after auction.

Reporting & Compliance
Update collection status in system, maintain visit/phone logs, follow company code of conduct and RBI / legal guidelines during recovery.
Candidate Requirements

Education
12th Pass / Graduate. Basic smartphone and app usage skills required.

Experience
1–4 years experience in loan collections / recovery with NBFC, bank, microfinance or agency, preferably in gold loan segment.

Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and problem‑solving skills with ability to handle tough situations calmly.

Other Requirements
Two‑wheeler with valid licence, local area knowledge and willingness for extensive field travel.
