About the Business Development Executive Role
Telecom company in Firozabad are hiring Business Development Executives to identify, prospect and close B2B deals for enterprise broadband, leased lines, cloud telephony and managed connectivity solutions.
Candidates with prior B2B sales experience in telecom, IT or networking solutions, strong corporate client communication skills and a proven sales track record in Firozabad or Uttar Pradesh markets are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Prospecting
Identify and prospect corporate, SME and enterprise accounts in Firozabad requiring broadband, leased line or managed telecom solutions.
- Client Meetings & Presentations
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with IT managers, procurement heads and business owners to pitch telecom products and solutions.
- Proposal & Quotation
Prepare customised solution proposals and commercial quotations for enterprise clients; negotiate pricing within authorised ranges.
- Deal Closure & Onboarding
Close deals, coordinate with provisioning teams for timely service activation and ensure smooth client onboarding post-sale.
- Account Farming
Maintain and grow existing B2B accounts by cross-selling additional services; ensure renewal and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree from a recognised college; MBA in Sales or Marketing is an advantage for business development roles in telecom.
- Experience
2-5 years in B2B sales at a telecom, ISP, IT or networking company; proven track record in corporate account acquisition.
- Sales Skills
Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills; comfortable meeting C-level and mid-management decision makers.
- Network
Existing relationships with IT decision-makers and procurement teams in Firozabad's corporate and industrial sector is a strong advantage.
