About the Branch Manager Gold Loan Role
Branch Manager Gold Loan is responsible for overall gold loan business, profitability and smooth functioning of the branch.
You will lead the team, drive disbursement and collection targets, maintain customer relationships and ensure full compliance with NBFC policies and regulatory norms.
Key Responsibilities

Business Growth
Plan and achieve monthly and annual targets for gold loan disbursement, portfolio growth and collections for the branch.

Team Management
Manage and motivate branch team including executives, appraiser and support staff; allocate targets, give on‑the‑job training and monitor performance.

Branch Operations
Ensure proper cash management, vault security, documentation, reconciliation and timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Customer Service & Retention
Build strong relationships with customers, handle escalations, support renewals and ensure quick and transparent service at the branch.

Compliance & Audit
Implement company policies, adhere to KYC/AML and regulatory guidelines, close audit points and maintain zero‑tolerance on process deviations.
Candidate Requirements

Education
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. Candidates with finance / business background preferred.

Experience
4–8 years experience in NBFC / bank, with minimum 1–2 years handling gold loan / branch management role.

Skills
Strong sales and people management skills, good understanding of gold loan products, KYC and branch operations.

Other Requirements
Local market knowledge, two‑wheeler, target‑driven mindset and readiness to take full ownership of branch results.
