Branch Incharge – Gold Loan is the overall head of the gold loan branch, responsible for business, people and process.

You own branch P&L, lead the team and ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

• Business & Target Achievement

  Plan and achieve monthly targets for disbursement, portfolio outstanding, revenue and collection efficiency.

• Team Leadership

  Lead and guide branch staff (officers, appraiser, cashier, collections), set goals and review performance regularly.

• Branch Operations & Controls

  Ensure adherence to process in KYC, appraisal, disbursement, storage, cash handling and reporting.

• Customer & Market Development

  Maintain key customer relationships, build connections with local influencers and drive local marketing activities.

• Compliance & Audit Closure

  Maintain full compliance with internal and regulatory policies, resolve audit observations and ensure zero major deviations.

• Education

  Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline; finance / business preferred.

• Experience

  3–7 years in NBFC / bank with at least 1–2 years in branch head / deputy branch head or gold loan leadership role.

• Skills

  Strong sales leadership, people management, analytical and decision‑making skills.

• Other Requirements

  Local market knowledge, two‑wheeler and readiness to take full ownership of branch performance.
