Assistant Store Manager Jewellery Showroom Jobs in Firozabad

Assistant Store Manager in a jewellery showroom supports the Store Manager in running the full showroom, including sales, staff supervision, customer service and basic administration.

You act as second in command for that single store, help keep the floor active and disciplined and ensure customers get a consistent branded experience every day.

• Support Daily Store Operations

  Assist in store opening and closing, ensure counters are ready, staff are present and basic checklists for cleanliness, lights, safety and systems are completed.

• Sales Monitoring & Target Support

  Track department and individual sales during the day, motivate the team, support in closing key sales and help the store move towards monthly targets.

• Customer Service & Complaint Handling

  Handle premium and dissatisfied customers, resolve issues within company policy, ensure quick response to service requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Team Supervision & Training Support

  Monitor grooming and behaviour of sales, cashier and support staff, give simple on‑the‑floor training on selling and service and provide feedback to the Store Manager.

• Inventory, Billing & Process Checks

  Coordinate with inventory, cashier and repair desk, check that billing, token and stock movement procedures are followed and support periodic stock audits.

• Display, VM & Promotion Execution

  Support implementation of new collection launches, offers and festival campaigns, ensure displays and signages are updated and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Education

  Graduate or 12th Pass with strong retail exposure; MBA or retail management course is an added advantage but not mandatory.

• Experience

  5–10 years of experience in jewellery showroom or organised retail, with at least 2–3 years in a senior sales / supervisory or assistant manager role.

• Skills

  Strong leadership and communication, good customer‑handling and negotiation skills, basic understanding of inventory and billing and ability to work with numbers and reports.

• Other Requirements

  Local language fluency with workable English or Hindi, readiness for showroom shifts, weekends and festivals and willingness to work full‑time for one showroom in Firozabad.
