Role Overview

We are hiring detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to manage buyer orders and production coordination in Tiruppur. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in the garment or textile industry and a strong understanding of junior merchandiser functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order processing from sampling to shipment
Coordinate with buyers for product approvals and amendments
Liaise with production, quality, and sourcing teams
Prepare cost sheets and negotiate prices with buyers
Ensure timely delivery and quality standards

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate with relevant industry experience
Experience: 0-2 years in garment industry
Strong knowledge of merchandising processes in garment manufacturing
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with problem-solving attitude

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
