Role Overview
This role is suitable for candidates who want to work as Cashiers in a finance company branch or head office in Salem. You will handle customer payments, maintain cash and cheque records, and support day-to-day cash operations for loans, collections, and other finance products.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive cash and cheque payments from customers for loan EMIs, deposits, and other finance products.
- Issue receipts for all transactions and ensure that entries are recorded correctly in the system or manual register.
- Maintain daily cash book, tally cash on hand with system reports, and report any difference immediately.
- Prepare bank deposit slips and hand over cash and cheques to authorised staff for deposit as per company timing.
- Verify basic customer details on payment vouchers and supporting documents before accepting funds.
- Follow company cash handling and security procedures while working at the counter or cash cabin.

- Attention to detail while entering amounts, counting cash, and updating registers or software.
