Role Overview
This role is suitable for candidates who prefer written communication and back office work instead of phone-based interaction. You will work on non voice tasks such as data entry, email support, chat support, and basic processing for customers of a BPO client.
The position is based in Salem and involves working with a structured BPO team on defined processes, targets, and shift timings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle email or chat queries from customers and share correct information using standard responses and guidelines.
- Perform accurate data entry and update records, forms, or tickets in the system as per process requirements.
- Review incoming requests, verify details, and process them within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Escalate cases that need higher level action to the supervisor or specialist team with proper notes.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and client data while working on back office tasks.
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and attendance targets set for the non voice process.
Experience and Profile
- Experience in BPO non voice, back office, or data entry roles is an advantage but freshers may also be considered.
- Comfortable working on computers for long durations and following written instructions step by step.
- Ability to focus on accuracy, formatting, and completeness while handling repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work from the Salem office in rotational shifts as per client project needs.
