Role Overview
This role is for candidates who want to work in property sales with a real estate company in Madurai, handling apartments, plots, or villa projects.[web:439][web:440][web:441]

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk‑in, telephonic, and online enquiries, understand buyer requirements, and suggest suitable projects or units.[web:439][web:440][web:441]
- Schedule and conduct property site visits, show sample flats or plots, and explain location advantages, amenities, and payment plans.[web:439][web:440][web:444]
- Follow up with interested clients, share project brochures, price lists, and payment schedules, and resolve basic queries.[web:440][web:441]
- Negotiate price, offers, and terms within company guidelines and work towards closing bookings and sales agreements.[web:439][web:440][web:446]
- Coordinate with documentation, finance, and registration teams for agreement, loan processing support, and registration of the property.[web:439][web:444]
- Maintain updated records of enquiries, visits, and conversions in CRM or Excel and send regular sales reports to the manager.[web:440][web:441][web:443]
Candidate Profile
- Any graduate with interest in field sales and customer interaction; real estate or housing sales experience will be an added advantage.[web:439][web:440][web:448]
- Good communication and convincing skills to handle property discussions and basic negotiation with clients.[web:439][web:440][web:446]
- Comfortable travelling within Madurai for client meetings and site visits; two‑wheeler with licence preferred by most companies.[web:443][web:448]
