Key Responsibilities

  • Make introductory calls and send emails to potential clients from the given database or online sources.
  • Explain the company’s IT products or services in simple terms and understand basic customer requirements.
  • Generate leads, fix appointments or online demos for senior sales or technical teams, and record all updates in the CRM or tracking sheet.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and share basic information, brochures, or links as guided by the sales team.
  • Support preparation of simple proposals, quotations, or presentations using standard company formats.
  • Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and training sessions to understand offerings and improve sales conversations.

Fresher Profile

  • Interest in technology and sales, with willingness to learn about software, IT solutions, or related services.
  • Comfortable speaking to new people over the phone, on video calls, and via email or messaging platforms.
  • Basic computer skills to use email, office tools, and CRM or lead-tracking systems after training.
  • Ready to work from the Madurai office during regular day shifts, with occasional extended hours during campaigns.
