Role Overview

The position is office-based and involves working closely with marketing, content, and management teams to deliver consistent and attractive visuals for campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Design social media posts, website banners, mailers, posters, and other marketing creatives.
Create and update logos, icons, and simple branding elements as per company standards.
Prepare print-ready files for brochures, standees, visiting cards, and other offline materials when required.
Ensure all creatives follow brand colours, fonts, and visual style for a consistent look.
Make changes and refinements to designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
Understand design briefs and requirements shared by the company’s marketing or product teams.

Candidate Profile

Comfortable working with common design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar software.
Basic sense of layout, colour combinations, typography, and visual balance.
Ability to handle multiple design tasks and meet timelines given by the company.
Ready to work full time from the Erode office and coordinate with the team during regular business hours.
