Hiring Software Engineer Freshers in Chennai for IT and product company to work on web, mobile and enterprise applications as part of development teams.

The role includes learning project-specific technologies, writing code, fixing bugs and supporting senior engineers in delivering quality software on time.

• Coding and Development

  Write clean, testable code in languages such as Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript or similar as per project requirements and coding standards.

• Testing and Bug Fixing

  Support unit and integration testing, identify defects, fix bugs assigned by seniors and help improve performance and stability of applications.

• Requirement Understanding

  Understand functional and technical requirements, clarify doubts with team leads and contribute ideas to solutions during discussions.

• Documentation

  Document code changes, APIs and basic technical notes and update task status regularly in project and tracking tools.

• Team Collaboration

  Work with developers, testers and business analysts in Agile or similar processes, attend daily stand-ups and follow sprint plans and timelines.

• Education

  B.E / B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE), B.Sc (CS / IT), BCA, MCA or related degree with good academic record.

• Experience

  0–2 years as trainee or junior developer; internships, academic projects and GitHub portfolio will be an added advantage.

• Skills

  Basic programming concepts, data structures, databases and web fundamentals, logical thinking, willingness to learn and good communication skills.

• Location

  Ready to work from Chennai office with possible hybrid or shifts as per company policy.
