About the Inbound Domestic Voice Process Role
Hiring Customer Service Executives for inbound domestic voice process in Chennai BPO companies to answer customer calls and resolve queries related to products, services and billing.
Executives will work in a call centre environment, follow scripts and processes, log call details in systems and aim to give first call resolution wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities

Handling Inbound Calls
Attend incoming calls from customers, greet politely, understand their issue or request and provide correct information or support as per training.

Query Resolution & Service Support
Resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, plans, complaints or service requests, and escalate calls to senior or back-end teams when needed.

Call Logging & Documentation
Update customer details, call reason and resolution in CRM or company software accurately during or immediately after each call.

Quality & Performance Targets
Maintain call quality, follow call scripts and processes, and achieve targets like average handling time, call quality score and customer satisfaction.

Professional Communication
Talk clearly and respectfully, handle upset customers with patience and represent the company positively in every interaction on call.
Candidate Requirements

Education
+2 or any graduate; good communication skills in Tamil and English, and Hindi for some processes.

Experience
0–3 years experience in BPO, call centre or customer service; freshers with good speaking skills are also welcome for entry-level roles.

Skills
Good listening and speaking skills, polite attitude, basic computer and typing skills and ability to handle continuous calls in shift hours.

Others
Willing to work in rotational day shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per roster and follow company rules and dress code inside the process floor.
