Hiring Courier Boys / Delivery Drivers in Chennai to deliver parcels, documents and e-commerce packages safely and on time to customers and companies.

The role involves following assigned routes, using mobile apps or delivery sheets, maintaining basic records and giving polite service at the delivery location.

• Parcel Pickup & Delivery

  Pick up parcels from hub or client location, deliver them to the correct address as per route plan and get signature, OTP or proof of delivery in app as required.

• Route Planning & Timely Delivery

  Follow delivery routes and time schedules given by supervisor, plan local route to cover maximum deliveries on time and inform team in case of any delays or address issues.

• COD & Document Handling

  Collect cash or card payments for COD deliveries wherever applicable, hand over collections and documents safely to the office at the end of the trip or shift.

• Vehicle & Safety

  Ride or drive safely following traffic rules, keep vehicle clean and in running condition and immediately report any accident, breakdown or parcel damage to the company.

• Customer Service & Reporting

  Speak politely with customers, clarify basic delivery doubts, update delivery status in app and complete daily delivery and collection reports as per company process.

• Education

  Minimum 10th pass; basic reading of English and local language is required to understand addresses and app instructions.

• Experience

  0–5 years experience as delivery boy, courier executive or field staff; freshers with valid licence and good road sense can also apply.

• Skills

  Knowledge of Chennai routes, ability to use smartphone and navigation apps, safe riding or driving habits and basic customer handling skills.

• Others

  Own bike with valid driving licence and RC preferred, willingness to work in shift timings and handle extra deliveries during peak seasons and month ends.
