Writers will work closely with editors, designers and the digital marketing team to create engaging content that matches the brand voice and improves online reach.

• Content Research & Planning

  Research topics using online sources and client briefs, understand target audience and prepare content ideas, outlines and headlines for approval before writing.

• Writing for Web & Social Media

  Write clear and simple articles, website pages, product descriptions and social media captions that are easy to read and aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.

• Editing, Proofreading & SEO

  Edit and proofread drafts to remove errors, improve flow and add basic keywords, meta titles and descriptions as per SEO and digital team guidelines.

• Coordination with Creative & Marketing Teams

  Work with designers, video editors and marketers to match text with visuals, banners, thumbnails and campaign requirements for different digital platforms.

• Content Updates & Reporting

  Update or rewrite old content when required, maintain basic content trackers and share daily or weekly status updates with team leaders or editors.

• Education

  Any graduate; preference for mass communication, journalism, English literature or related fields with strong interest in writing and media.

• Experience

  1–5 years experience in content writing, copywriting, digital content or blogging for websites, media houses, agencies or startups; good portfolio will be an advantage.

• Skills
