Hiring Chemistry Teachers in Chennai matriculation and state board schools to handle chemistry for high school and higher secondary classes as per Tamil Nadu syllabus.

Teachers will teach theory and practicals, prepare students for public exams, maintain discipline and support the academic activities of the school.

• Teaching Syllabus Content

  Teach chemistry lessons as per Tamil Nadu matriculation / state board syllabus for the assigned standards, complete portions on time and revise before exams.

• Lab Sessions & Practicals

  Conduct chemistry practicals, demonstrate experiments, ensure students follow lab safety rules and maintain records and observation notebooks properly for board inspection.

• Exams & Evaluation

  Prepare question papers, conduct class tests and term exams, correct answer scripts on time and enter marks in school records and report cards as per instructions.

• Student Discipline & Support

  Maintain discipline in class, monitor student attendance and behaviour, clarify doubts and support weak students with extra coaching when needed before public exams.

• School Duties & Meetings

  Attend staff meetings, parent–teacher meetings, invigilation duties and school functions and support principal and management in academic and co-curricular activities.

• Education

  B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry with B.Ed as per matriculation / state board norms; good academic record in chemistry is preferred for higher secondary handling.

• Experience

  1–7 years experience teaching chemistry in matriculation or state board schools; freshers with good subject knowledge and B.Ed may be considered for junior classes in some schools.

• Skills

  Strong subject knowledge, ability to explain in simple English and Tamil, classroom management skills and exam-oriented teaching for public exam batches (X and XII).

• Others
