About the Outbound Call Center Executive Role
Hiring Outbound Call Center Executives for a bpo company in Chennai to make calls to potential and existing customers to explain products, generate leads and close simple sales.
The role involves working on dialers or calling lists, following scripts, updating systems and achieving daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to leads and customers from the provided database or dialer to promote company products or services.

Lead Generation and Follow-up
Identify interested customers, qualify leads, fix appointments for sales teams where needed and follow up regularly till closure.

Product Pitching
Explain features, benefits, offers and pricing clearly, handle basic objections and encourage customers to buy or sign up.

Customer Records
Update customer details, call notes and outcomes accurately in CRM or calling software after every call or follow-up.

Targets and Quality
Meet daily calling numbers, conversion and revenue targets, maintain call quality and follow all calling compliance guidelines.
Candidate Requirements

Education
Minimum 12th pass; diploma and degree holders can also apply.

Experience
0–4 years in outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing or similar roles; freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome.

Skills
Good speaking skills in Tamil and basic English, convincing ability, listening skills and comfort with long hours on calls and systems.
