About the Call Center Executive Role

Hiring Call Center Executives in Chennai domestic BPO company to handle customer calls in for support, information and simple sales.

The executive will attend inbound calls, make outbound follow-up calls, update systems and provide polite and accurate responses as per process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Calls Handling

    Answer incoming customer calls, listen to queries or complaints and provide clear information or solutions following scripts and FAQs.

  • Outbound Calls

    Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, payment reminders, feedback or simple telemarketing as per campaign requirement.

  • Customer Service

    Maintain a polite and professional tone, handle difficult callers calmly and aim to resolve issues in the first call wherever possible.

  • Data Entry and Documentation

    Update call details, customer information and call outcomes accurately in the system or CRM after each interaction.

  • Targets and Quality

    Achieve daily call volume and quality targets, follow process guidelines, attend training sessions and share feedback to improve service.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education

    Minimum 12th pass; diploma and degree holders can also apply.

  • Experience

    0–3 years experience in domestic BPO, customer support or tele-calling; freshers with good communication are welcome.

  • Skills

    Good speaking skills in Tamil, basic English understanding, listening skills and ability to use computer and headset comfortably.

  • Others

    Ready to work in day shifts and rotational weekly off, willing to work from office in Chennai and follow company policies and timings.
