Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations
Oversee day-to-day branch operations including cash management, documentation and service delivery to walk-in and existing customers.

Business Development
Achieve branch sales and revenue targets through cross-sell, upsell and new customer acquisition in loans, deposits or other financial products.

Team Management
Recruit, train, motivate and monitor branch staff performance and conduct regular reviews and coaching sessions.

Compliance and Risk
Ensure KYC, audit and regulatory compliance, manage branch risk and handle escalations as per company policy.

Customer Service
Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving queries and complaints quickly and building strong relationships in the local market.
Candidate Requirements

Education
Graduate or Postgraduate in finance, business administration or related field.

Experience
5–12 years in financial services with at least a few years in team leader or branch manager role handling sales and operations.
