About the Non Voice Process Role
Hiring BPO Non Voice Process Executive in Chennai for leading BPO companies to handle customer queries through email, chat and back office systems.
The executive will update customer data, process requests accurately and follow process guidelines while working in shifts in a secure office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Email and Chat Support
Respond to customer queries through email and chat, provide correct information and document interactions as per BPO process guidelines.

Data Entry and Back Office
Enter and update customer details, orders, tickets or billing information accurately in the system and maintain records and logs.

Quality and Productivity
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets, maintain quality scores and follow standard operating procedures and scripts.

Process Compliance
Follow data security, confidentiality and company policies, escalate issues to team leaders and participate in process training sessions.

Shift and Team Work
Work in rotational shifts as per BPO requirements, coordinate with team members and support overall team performance.
Candidate Requirements

Education
Any 12th pass, diploma or graduate candidates can apply; basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

Experience
0–3 years in BPO, non voice or back office; freshers with good typing and English skills are welcome.

Skills
Good English reading and writing, typing speed, attention to detail and ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Ready to work in rotational shifts including night shifts if required and comfortable working from office in Chennai.
