About the Back Office Executive Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping

    Enter customer, order and transaction details accurately in software or Excel sheets and maintain up-to-date records for reporting.[web:98][web:101]

  • Documentation & Filing

    Prepare invoices, receipts, letters and basic reports, organise physical and digital files and ensure documents are easily traceable when needed.[web:98][web:101]

  • Email & Call Coordination

    Handle incoming emails and phone calls, share information with relevant departments and follow up on pending work with internal teams.[web:98][web:101]

  • Support to Sales & Accounts

    Assist sales team with quotations, order processing and basic MIS reports; support accounts team with bill tracking and payment follow-ups.[web:98][web:101]

  • Office Administration Help

    Coordinate with vendors, courier, housekeeping and other support staff for smooth daily office operations as required.[web:98][web:101]

Candidate Requirements

  • Education

    Any degree (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc etc.) with basic computer knowledge and typing skills.[web:98][web:101]

  • Experience

    0–4 years experience as back office executive, office assistant, data entry operator or similar role; fresher graduates are also welcome.[web:98][web:101]

  • Technical Skills

    Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email; experience with ERP or CRM software is an added advantage.[web:98][web:101]

  • Soft Skills
