Hiring AC Technician Fresher for a leading AC service company in Chennai to support split and window AC installation, basic servicing, gas top-up assistance and complaint visits at customer locations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for ITI/diploma holders or 10th/12th pass candidates who want to start their career in AC and HVAC field service.

• AC Installation Support

  Assist senior technician in installing split and window AC units, mounting indoor/outdoor units and routing copper pipes, drain pipes and electrical connections safely.

• Service & Cleaning

  Perform basic AC service like filter cleaning, water wash of indoor unit, outdoor unit cleaning and checking cooling performance as per checklist.

• Complaint Visits

  Accompany senior technicians for customer complaints, support in basic troubleshooting, tightening connections and replacing minor parts under guidance.

• Safety & Tools Handling

  Handle ladders, vacuum pump, gauges and basic hand tools carefully, follow safety instructions while working on heights and outdoor units.

• Customer Interaction

  Maintain polite behaviour at customer place, explain basic do's and don'ts for AC usage and update the office on job completion status.

• Education

  ITI (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Electrician) or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical; 10th/12th pass with strong interest in AC work also considered.

• Experience

  0-1 year experience; freshers who have done AC/HVAC course or on-the-job training are welcome to apply.

• Skills

  Basic knowledge of AC parts, willingness to learn installation and service work, ability to lift and move AC units and good physical fitness for field work.

• Other

  Two-wheeler preferred for local travel, readiness to work in Chennai city limits, flexible for overtime during peak summer season and good attitude towards customer service.
