Telecom Site Engineer Jobs in Pimpri-Chinchwad

Telecom company and tower operators in Pimpri-and-chinchwad are hiring Site Engineers to manage BTS and tower site operations, ensure equipment uptime and coordinate with field teams and vendors for maintenance.

Candidates with on-ground experience in telecom site operations, power management and BTS fault handling are preferred. Willingness to travel to multiple sites in Pimpri-and-chinchwad is required.

• Site Operations Management

  Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned BTS and tower sites in Pimpri-and-chinchwad; ensure all active and passive equipment is operational.

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

  Conduct scheduled PM activities on BTS, power systems, DG and AC units; respond to alarms and restore faults within SLA.

• Power & Energy Management

  Monitor fuel levels, battery backup and power consumption at sites; coordinate with fuel vendors and utility for reliable power supply.

• Vendor & Contractor Coordination

  Coordinate with OEM vendors, AMC contractors and civil teams for site maintenance, equipment replacement and upgrade activities.

• Site Documentation

  Maintain site logbooks, prepare maintenance reports, update equipment inventory and support tower audits and customer inspections.

• Education

  Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in ECE or EEE from a recognised polytechnic or engineering college in Maharastra.

• Experience

  1-6 years in telecom site operations or BTS maintenance at Telecom, tower company or subcontractors in Pimpri-and-chinchwad.

• Technical Knowledge

  Understanding of BTS/RRU systems, DC power plants, DG sets, rectifiers, battery banks and basic RF parameters.

• Mobility

  Two-wheeler licence required; must be available for on-call duty and willing to manage sites spread across Pimpri-and-chinchwad zones.
