About the Senior Sales Manager Two Wheeler Loan Role
Senior Sales Manager – Two Wheeler Loans is a leadership role responsible for driving high growth in bike and scooter loans across Pimpri-Chinchwad and surrounding markets.
You manage Sales Managers and front‑line teams, handle key and strategic dealerships, design local sales strategies and ensure strong, profitable portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth
Prepare and execute business plans for two wheeler loans for assigned region around Pimpri-Chinchwad, focusing on volume, yield and profitability.

Team Leadership
Lead a team of Sales Managers, Sales Officers and Finance Executives; set goals, monitor performance, coach and develop them for higher productivity.

Key Dealer & OEM Management
Own relationships with top two wheeler dealers and OEM counters, negotiate finance schemes, plan joint promotions and ensure maximum finance market share at outlets.

Market Intelligence & New Initiatives
Track competitor schemes, pricing and processes, identify gaps and recommend new campaigns, segments or locations to grow business.

Process, Risk & Portfolio Health
Ensure strict adherence to credit policy, KYC and documentation, monitor approval rates and early delinquency buckets and work with collections for portfolio quality.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting
Work closely with cluster or regional heads, credit, operations and collections teams; review dashboards and submit regular business and action‑plan reports.
Candidate Requirements

Education
Graduate or Postgraduate; MBA or PG in finance or marketing preferred for this senior role.

Experience
6–10 years in two wheeler finance, auto loans or other retail asset products, with at least 3 years in team‑handling and dealer‑driven sales management.

Skills
Strong leadership and people management, excellent dealer and OEM relationship skills, data‑driven decision making and good understanding of credit and portfolio metrics.

Other Requirements
Good knowledge of Pimpri-Chinchwad and nearby markets, ability to travel extensively, own vehicle with valid licence and comfort with target‑driven, incentive‑linked culture.
