Provisioning Engineer Telecom Jobs in Pimpri-Chinchwad

Hiring Provisioning Engineer to a Telecom Company in pimpri-and-chinchwad Responsible to activate and configure broadband, leased line, MPLS VPN and enterprise connectivity services on network equipment and OSS platforms.

Candidates with experience in service provisioning workflows, OLT/router configuration for service activation and familiarity with ticketing and OSS platforms used in telecom service fulfilment are preferred.

• Service Activation

  Activate new broadband, FTTH, leased line and enterprise MPLS VPN services on OLTs, routers and switches as per work orders from CRM.

• OLT & Router Configuration

  Configure OLT service profiles, VLAN assignments, BNG subscriber sessions and CPE provisioning parameters for customer service activation.

• Order Management

  Track service orders from receipt to activation; coordinate with planning, field and NOC teams to resolve provisioning delays.

• Fault & Provisioning Errors

  Diagnose and resolve provisioning failures such as incorrect VLAN mapping, authentication errors and CPE configuration mismatches.

• Documentation & Reporting

  Maintain provisioning records, service activation logs and daily provisioning status reports; update OSS databases post-activation.

• Education

  B.E./B.Tech in ECE or IT, or Diploma in Electronics/Telecom from a recognised institution in Maharastra.

• Experience

  1-5 years in service provisioning, network activation or back-office technical operations at a telecom operator or ISP.

• Technical Skills

  Knowledge of VLAN, PPPoE, RADIUS, GPON OLT configuration and basic routing; familiarity with OSS platforms and ticketing tools.

• Accuracy & Speed

  High accuracy and quick turnaround in service provisioning tasks; ability to handle multiple simultaneous activation orders efficiently.
