About the Inbound / Outbound Voice Executive Role

Telecom company in Pimpri-and-chinchwad are hiring Inbound and Outbound Voice Executives to manage customer service calls for broadband, mobile and DTH services and to make outbound sales and follow-up calls.

Candidates comfortable working in a call centre environment, with good and English communication and willingness to work in day or rotational shifts, are preferred for these openings in Pimpri-and-chinchwad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Customer Support

    Answer inbound calls from broadband and telecom customers regarding service issues, billing queries, plan changes and complaints.

  • Outbound Sales Calling

    Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers to promote new broadband plans, upgrades and add-on services for telecom company.

  • First-Call Resolution

    Resolve common customer issues on the first call using the knowledge base and CRM tools; escalate complex issues to L2 support teams.

  • Call Documentation

    Record all call details, issue descriptions and resolution actions accurately in the CRM system after every interaction.

  • Quality Standards Adherence

    Follow call quality guidelines including greeting scripts, hold procedures, empathy statements and proper call closure protocols.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education

    Any degree from a recognised college; graduates in any stream are eligible for voice process roles.

  • Experience

    Freshers and candidates with 0-4 years in inbound/outbound voice process roles at any telecom, BPO or service company.

  • Language Skills

    Fluency in and English required; knowledge of Hindi is an additional advantage for pan-India calling roles.

  • Shift Availability

    Willingness to work in day or rotational shifts in a contact centre environment; night shift allowance provided where applicable.
