About the HDO Executive – Broadband Role
Broadband company in Pimpri-and-chinchwad are hiring HDO (Hand-Holding) Executives to visit newly activated customers, assist them in using their broadband connection, resolve basic issues and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
The role is ideal for freshers who are friendly, communicative and comfortable visiting customer homes and offices across Pimpri-and-chinchwad. Proficiency in and basic English is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-Installation Customer Visits
Visit newly activated broadband customers within 24-48 hours of installation to ensure the connection is working well and they are satisfied.
- Customer Education
Explain broadband plan features, Wi-Fi settings, customer portal usage and self-service options to new subscribers in simple terms.
- Basic Issue Resolution
Resolve first-level issues like Wi-Fi password reset, speed concerns and device connectivity at the customer premise during the HDO visit.
- Complaint Logging
Log any unresolved issues in the CRM system during the visit for follow-up by the technical team; set customer expectations on resolution.
- Feedback Collection
Collect Net Promoter Score (NPS) and satisfaction feedback from customers after the HDO visit and submit to the customer experience team.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree from a recognised college in Pimpri-and-chinchwad or Maharastra; HSC with good communication skills also considered.
- Experience
Freshers welcome; 0-3 years in customer-facing roles at telecom, FMCG or retail company is an advantage.
- Communication Skills
Fluency in and basic English essential for explaining broadband features and resolving customer concerns politely.
- Mobility
Two-wheeler driving licence preferred; must be willing to travel within assigned residential zones of Pimpri-and-chinchwad daily.
