About the Field Coordinator – Role
, one of Pimpri-and-chinchwad's leading broadband providers, is hiring Field Coordinators to oversee daily installation and fault-visit operations, supervise field technicians and ensure subscriber experience targets are met.
Candidates with prior experience in coordinating broadband field teams, familiarity with Pimpri-and-chinchwad's residential zones and ability to manage multiple work orders simultaneously are preferred for these roles.
Key Responsibilities
- ACT Installation Coordination
Schedule and monitor new broadband installation work orders; confirm field technician arrival and successful activation daily.
- Fault Management
Track open fault tickets in the assigned Pimpri-and-chinchwad zone; push technicians for faster resolution and escalate SLA-at-risk cases to supervisors.
- Team Supervision
Supervise 5-10 field technicians; allocate daily jobs, review completed work quality and report productivity to the manager.
- Material Management
Track CPE stock (ACT routers, ONTs) and field consumables; raise replenishment requests to the warehouse team when stock runs low.
- Customer Escalation Handling
Handle escalated customer complaints in the field; visit sites personally for critical dissatisfied customers and ensure speedy resolution.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree or diploma from a recognised college or polytechnic in Maharastra; a technical background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience
1-5 years in field coordination at , Airtel, Jio or any broadband ISP in Pimpri-and-chinchwad; prior team supervision experience is preferred.
- Pimpri-and-chinchwad Knowledge
Excellent knowledge of Pimpri-and-chinchwad localities, apartment layouts and road networks for planning efficient daily field operations.
- Communication
Good and English; ability to manage field teams, customers and management simultaneously with clarity and professionalism.
