Driver Telecom Company Field Vehicle Jobs in Pimpri-Chinchwad

Telecom and infrastructure company in Pimpri-and-chinchwad are hiring Drivers to transport field engineers, equipment, materials and company executives to telecom sites, customer premises and office locations across Pimpri-and-chinchwad.

Candidates with a valid LMV or HMV driving licence, 1+ years of professional driving experience in Pimpri-and-chinchwad and good knowledge of Pimpri-and-chinchwad roads and traffic are preferred. Clean driving record is mandatory.

• Field Team Transportation

  Transport field engineers, technicians and supervisors to telecom tower sites, exchange buildings and customer premises across Pimpri-and-chinchwad on time.

• Equipment & Material Delivery

  Deliver equipment, CPE devices and OFC materials from the warehouse to field sites and customer locations as directed by the coordinator.

• Vehicle Maintenance Coordination

  Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy and well-fuelled; report any mechanical issues to the transport supervisor promptly.

• Trip Logging

  Maintain the vehicle log book recording all trips, destinations, kilometres and fuel consumption; submit daily trip reports to the supervisor.

• Safety Compliance

  Follow all traffic rules and company vehicle safety policies; ensure all passengers wear seat belts and no overloading of the vehicle occurs.

• Education

  Class 8 or Class 10 pass from any recognised board; no formal degree required for driver positions.

• Driving Licence

  Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) licence mandatory; HMV licence is an advantage for heavier equipment transport vehicles.

• Experience

  1-5 years in professional driving at a telecom, corporate or logistics company in Pimpri-and-chinchwad; clean driving record required.

• Knowledge of Pimpri-and-chinchwad

  Strong knowledge of Pimpri-and-chinchwad roads, zones, one-ways and traffic patterns essential for efficient daily field travel across the city.
