About the Branch Manager Two Wheeler Loan Role
Branch Manager – Two Wheeler Loans is responsible for overall performance of the vehicle finance branch in Pimpri-Chinchwad, including business, operations and compliance.
You lead the branch team, ensure achievement of disbursement and revenue targets, maintain portfolio quality and deliver excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Branch Business Management
Own two wheeler loan business targets for the branch, including logins, disbursements, fee income and profitability.

Team Leadership & Development
Lead and motivate branch sales, relationship and operations staff, allocate targets, monitor productivity and drive training and development.

Dealer & Market Development
Develop and strengthen relationships with key two wheeler dealers and connectors in Pimpri-Chinchwad, expand dealer network and drive market share for the branch.

Operations & Service Quality
Ensure smooth branch operations, TAT adherence for logins and disbursements, and high service standards for walk‑in and dealer‑routed customers.

Risk, Compliance & Portfolio Quality
Ensure branch follows all credit, KYC and regulatory guidelines, monitor portfolio delinquency and NPAs and work with collections to control risk.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Review branch MIS and dashboards, present performance updates to regional or cluster heads and coordinate with credit, operations and collections teams.
Candidate Requirements

Education
Graduate or Postgraduate; MBA or PG in finance, marketing or banking preferred.

Experience
7–12 years of experience in vehicle finance, two wheeler loans or retail lending, with significant exposure to branch or team management.

Skills
Strong leadership and people management skills, good understanding of branch operations, credit, risk and local two wheeler market.

Other Requirements
Good knowledge of Pimpri-Chinchwad catchment, ability to travel within territory, strong customer orientation and readiness to work in a target‑driven environment.
