Role Overview
This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone and explaining corporate products or services. You will make outbound calls, follow up with interested leads, and fix appointments or generate enquiries for the internal sales team.
The position is based in Mumbai at a corporate office and involves working on pre-shared data, simple scripts, and daily calling targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database and introduce the company�s offerings.
- Explain basic product or service details clearly and handle simple questions from prospects.
- Capture interest level, update call remarks, and schedule call-backs or meetings for the sales team.
- Share follow-up messages or emails where required and keep records updated in the system or sheet.
- Work with daily and weekly call targets and provide short status updates to the reporting manager.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone on all calls and follow calling etiquette as per company guidelines.
Experience and Profile
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer contact roles is an advantage, freshers can also apply.
- Comfortable making multiple outbound calls in a day and speaking confidently on phone.
- Basic computer usage to update call details and work with simple CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- Willingness to work from the Mumbai corporate office during regular day shifts.
